If I provide you the tech pack, can you do new sole and new style to be exactly same as my requirement?

Yes, we have very strong technician teams, 10 technicians for paper pattern and 5 technicians for soles&last, any new requirement will be done very quickly.

How long does it usually take to make samples?

The sample timing depends on the styles and soles, if the styles are from our collection, the samples can be ready in 3-5 days; If OEM styles with new last or sole, it will be 2-3 weeks.

How long does it usually take for bulk production?

We can deliver very fast products, 2 months for new orders, 45 days for reorder. If any special requirement with shorter delivery date, we are always flexible.

Are you doing recycled material?

We are doing recycled PU, recycled fabric, recycled soles and recycled package for whole shoes. GRS certification and TC report are always available.

Can you do luxury shoes?

We didn’t produced for luxury brand shoes, but we did a lot for premium brands like LiuJo, Maxmara, Massimo Dutti etc.

What's the Minimum Order Quantity?

Our MOQ is 200 pairs per style.

What are the payment options?

You can use Western Union, which has a lower fee, or PayPal if you can accept a slightly higher fee, but please note that for new customers, we only accept the 30% T/T of the payment, or if you have been with us for years and run into cash flow pressure, we do offer Credit Letters.

Can I come to China for factory inspection?

Of course, but it is better to wait until the epidemic subsides. Now we support using ZOOM for online factory inspection.

What kind of shoes you are doing?

We are following the trendy information very closely and keep doing new designs every month. Currently we are doing sneakers, sandals, pumps, boots, ballerinas etc, all kind of shoes.

Which of your products are selling better?

Every market is not same, different countries have different requirement. If you can contact with us, we will provide you more information about your country’s popular products.
